BBC News at Six and Ten editor Paul Royall said a "technical systems crash" caused the four-minute delay. very unstable, poor quality news content, relies on 2nd rate news outlets, and riddles with ads and phishing websites, and as stated before, not really a news App, just some tops stories from right wing outlets and more entertainment / celebrity gossip. Microsoft name used to mean quality, not anymore. There is no reason why the BBC or ITN or Sky could not have a 15 minute slot every hour in which they report genuine World News. Quantity, in this case, is more important than in-depth reports.
